Based on a social strategy created and implemented by myself and a team, we were able to grow the social media presence of a medical office:
• By utilizing people-first videos, and leaning into education, one area of the brand could surpass its 2023 KPIs, which were a +10% growth increase from 2022. Engagements over-indexed by 1.16x, ER by 1.52%, video views by 3.3x, and followers by 1.26x.
• By focusing on collaborations and a strong brand ambassador program, another area of the business surpassed all of its 2023 KPI goals: a +10% growth increase from 2022. Surpassing engagements by 1.14x, ER by 0.33%, video views by 1.9x, followers by 1.28x, and a 3.6x increase in views.
• The third area of the brand surpassed its 2023 KPI goals, a +10% increase from 2022, by using creators to prioritize people-first content, leaning into education, and social trends. The brand surpassed engagements by 7.92x, video views by 86.5x, and followers by 1.07x. -
Health and Beauty Brand (B2B)
Based on a paid social strategy created and lead by myself, with the assistance of a team, we were able to grow the online orders of a B2B health and beauty brand by:
• +1150.8% in total purchases and leads
• +495.6% in conversation rate
• +103% in impressions
• +141.1% in clicks
• +313.7% in video views
• +31.6% in engagements
• +180.6% in average engagement rate
This growth was over one month across Meta ad placements (Facebook and Instagram) with no change to monthly spend. The targeting strategy and niche assets were able to help grow this brand to the success they were hoping to see. -
Former CEO, TeleCom Sector
Based on a social strategy created by myself and a team, we were able to grow the social media presence of a former TeleCom CEO by:
• +8.3% in impressions
• +7.6% in engagements
• +157% in link clicks
• +39.8% new followers
• +171% in mentions
This growth was over the course of 60 days across Instagram and Twitter (case study prior to Elon Musk’s purchase of the channel now known as X). To help this CEO grow his channel, we implemented a strong community engagement strategy, allowing hundreds of thousands of followers to engage daily on inspiration and aspirational content. This helps the former CEO stay top of mind in his industry, and extend further as an influential figurehead. -
